Check in at Dublin was very slow & lots of confusion with the check in personnel. On boarding the plane several people had been allocated the same seats. Cabin staff were very abrupt & looked tired on both the outward & homeward flights. When checking in at Paphos I was charged for excess baggage. I was told of the excess only after the luggage had been taken in and I could not take some as hand luggage. I had no hand luggage. Lots of passengers had the same complaint. | ||
