Taken November 2002 from London Heathrow to Tenerife via Madrid

We flew on flight IB3161 at 07:30 from Heathrow to Madrid, flight operated by an A321. Very comfortable and a smiling crew, we were flying onto Tenerife so we had to change terminal and the Iberia staff could not have been more helpful.

The onward flight to Tenerife was by B757 and was delayed slightly due to some odd shaped freight. The pilot kept us continually informed of the situation and the cabin crew were friendly and helpful.

My companion and I were both impressed with Iberia and would fly them again at the drop of a hat. Also the flight only cost £145 return - so much cheaper than a charter from my local airport 'Bristol', which wanted £230.
