Home > United > 2002 > ReviewTaken November 2002 from Vancouver (YVR) to Denver (DEN)Reasonably good flight on this 737-500 (United Shuttle). We were seated at the back row (21 A/B), but moved up to row 5 due to empty seats. Crew were reasonably friendly, but quite old and ugly. United neads younger and more attractive staff. Flight was smooth and on-time. Only complaint is lack of food as we were only served an old and disgusting cinnamon roll, which was as hard as a hockey puck. Service from Seattle to Denver offers a meal, but Vancouver to Denver is a longer flight and we got no meal. We did, however, get several rounds of drinks offered during the flight. Good value ($350) as it was much cheaper than Alaska Airlines, Frontier, and America West and United is the only direct service offered (code-shared with Air Canada)and allows me to get my Air Canada Aeroplan points. | ||
