Home > Japan Airlines > ReviewTaken November 2002 from London Heathrow to SydneyWhat is it with the Japanese? They continue to provide excellent products and the staff take pride in the service they offer. LHR to Narita was long, but made more comfortable thanks to an exit row seat, while Narita to Sydney was exceptional, thanks to a Business class seat. A tip for those flying, upstairs in several of the JAL flights are reserved for economy, and the fitout happened to be BC seats, so a nice, relaxing flight was had. It's also a wonderful touch when the seemingly friendly and efficient ground crew bow to the flight crew, then to the passengers and then wave the plane off towards the runway. Can you imagine the Australian ground crews doing that? Ha ha. We wish!!! Worth the money. Enjoy the experience. | ||
