COMMENTS:

Recently, I had a chance to fly with the Croatian carrier and I must say that I will never fly them again for several reasons:

1. The flight was delayed for more than half an hour and nobody gave us any explanation for it.

2. Flight attendants seem not much interested in providing a good service to passengers. There were no smiles on their faces, it seemed to me that simply they do not want to be pleasant and helpful.

3. Croatian Airlines use an ATR 42 on this route. The cabin is very cramped with the sort of legroom one associates with charter flights. Interior and toilets were dirty.

4. There was no entertainment, and no magazines or newspapers to read.

All in all, a very unpleasant experience.
