Home > Northwest > 2002 > ReviewTaken September 2002 from Washington, D.C. I.A.D. to Manila, PhilippinesNorthwest Airlines coach class has to be one of the worst for comfort and service. The crew for the most part are rude and are difficult to find after being airborne. I've flown with this airline on several long flights and it seems that the crew does some sort of disappearing act after the first two hours. It may be my imagination, but I swear that they fit more seats into their 747 coach class than other airines - resulting in a more cramped enviorment for coach class fliers. There is one positive point I could make; their business class is excellent. NWA treats business class fliers well. I guess all their effort is directed towards that while the coach class gets a cut rate service. | ||
