Home > EasyJet > 2002 > ReviewTaken December 2002 from Luton to NiceWhat an awful airline. Flight was delayed and no compensation offered. Had to stay in a hotel overnight. Hectic check-in as there were hardly any open. They have a system where they hand you a boarding pass with a number in the order that passengers checked in. The earlier you check in, the lower the number. This is supposedly used to board the plane by batches of 50 passengers or so to avoid chaos, as there is no pre-assigned seating. Such procedure is often ignored and when it is used, gate agents do not enforce the meaning that the person in front of you can board the plane with a boarding pass numbered 152 when you're holding number 8! The ticket cost £130 return - not as cheap as expected. | ||
