Taken January 2003 from Las Vegas, NV (McCarren) to Portland, OR
I've never been treated as badly by ANY company, airline or not, as me and my family was today by Alaska Air. Rudest, coldest, most obtuse people I have ever dealt with. Not just the ticket counter people, but the supervisor as well. When I told her I would never fly her airline again, and I would do everything I could to make sure that my company would never deal with them again, she said I was threatening her and was going to call security. I swear an oath, I never raised my voice or cursed, just told her that I wanted the company I work for to pull their account with them, and she said when the customer feels that way, the customer is no longer right and she doesn't want him as a customer. Then, she apologized for not letting my daughter on the plane and admitted that they were wrong, but that hardly made up for the 5 1/2 hour delay while we had to wait for the next flight. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, but regardless of cost, I will NEVER have to deal with them again. |
