Home > LOT Polish Airlines > ReviewTaken December 2002 from Warsaw WAW to Gdansk GDNFlight was operated by Eurolot in an ATR-72. Flight was delayed due to the late arrival of transfer luggage and de-icing. The aircraft interior was in a very bad shape with stains on the seats and was generally lacking cleanliness. Although the flight attendants were friendly, one was dozing off in the aft galley, something that did not cast a bright light on their professional attitude. A snack was offered with either tea/coffee and some unidentifyable "cake". Lots of room for improvement on the internal services. | ||
