Home > America West > ReviewTaken January 2003 from Phoenix to ChicagoComplete chaos and confusion at Phoenix today. More than 1/2 of all flights cancelled. The reason was "morning fog", but attributing it to the lack of modern navigational equipment aboard their aircraft would be more telling. Customer service agents were unsympathetic and unhelpful. I will be forced to sleep in the airport tonight as the airline is too cheap to put us up in hotels, and I hope that things will be better tomorrow. | ||
