Home > Alaska Airlines > ReviewTaken January 2003 from Seattle to AnchorageFlying to or within Alaska is very expensive, so be prepared for sticker-shock. My round-trip ticket was $473, and I purchased 14-days in advance. Overall service was good. E-ticket check-in was very quick, although I was glad I did not have a paper ticket, as the line was very long. I had a long time to wait, so I bought a $25 one-day pass to their Seattle lounge. Very spacious and beautiful facility, with plenty of workstations and a wireless LAN. Flights were on-time and uneventful. Seat comfort and legroom aren't bad for coach. No IFE, but tasty food (we received full hot meals and not just "snacks in a bag"). Meal trays included a card containing an Old Testament quote. | ||
