I was early for my flight and asked if I could go through early so as to prepare for the long haul. I was told Airtours had no disabled policy and to go away and come back later. It transpired I was one of the last to book in and as a result was sitting at the back of the plane. I had previously asked to sit near the front. The return flight was cramped, but the staff in Orlando could not have been more helpful. | ||
