Plane was falling apart, food was abysmal, seat seemed to have an iron bar through the middle of the bottom - very uncomfortable, flight attendants cold and extremely unhelpful (I am a chronic asthmatic and I was seated on the edge of the smoking compartment, when I requested they move me they refused and forced me to sit in a smoky atmosphere for a 12 hour night flight).

The Russians on board clapped and cheered when the pilot managed to land the plane, which didn't boost my confidence and BTW, if you find yourself in Moscow airport with no dollars or roubles, hard luck, you can't get a cup of coffee.

I only booked it because it was cheaper than BA, but next time I'll spend any amount of money not to be that firghtened for my life next time.
