Taken December 2001 from New York JFK to Sofia

After a 3 hour delay from JFK, the plane finally took off for a very long and shaky flight. After missing the connection in Prague I was taken to a hotel at the airport to wait till the next evening to board to Sofia.

Although the FAs are really nice, it is very frustrating to arrive some 30 hours later than expected.

On the return trip the flight took off with a 1:30 hour delay, but I was not to fly to JFK until the day after so it just made the stay in Prague shorter.

Although the inflight service is adequate, you can never be sure when you will arrive. Overall I'd rather fly Lufthansa next time.
