Taken January 2003 from Norwich / London Stansted to Arreciffe

We were diverted to Stansted on the 30 Jan. Left for Lanzerote at 2115 31 Jan, no reason given, just lied to and treated terribly by the airline's reps at Service Air at Stansted. They were rude and offhand with any questions asked of them.

Also, they chartered a plane from Holland to fly us out - no onboard meals for anyone, just a Mars Bar and small packet of cookies.
