Taken September 1999 from London City to Brussels

God awful flight! Special meals - ordered well in advance were not there. Flight staff response was "Well... this isn't a restaurant!".

Late out. Journey back - the gate was changed with no announcement - Sabena staff responded with "..use your EARS next time!".... missed flight - no special meal then either.

I have never had such poor treatment on an airline - including some of the notorious cold war, Eastern European ones.

Such a bad experience, never again!
