Home > Swiss > 2003 > ReviewTaken January 2003 from Boston to Tel AvivI have flown many different airlines, including former Swissair. I really think that Swiss is worth a try. You can find very good value with them on occasion. They generally fly the Airbus A330 on longhaul, this is a fairly comfortable aircraft, as economy goes. The seats are squished, but they are still very comfortable, and the seatback recline is fairly nice, much better than any US airline. The service is very Swiss, attentive. They even serve wine and spirits out of bottles and in real wine glasses. I think they are making a very good attempt, spotless aircraft and trying to make a new mark in an industry that is not doing well. I would recommend them more than any other US or European airline hands down. Business class does not as of yet have the flat beds, but generous seats. Looking at First class, it looks to be one of the more luxurious out there, something equivalent to Singapore Airlines. Also you get frequent flyer miles with American and a few other US airlines, which is also nice. | ||
