Taken February 2003 from Chicago O'Hare to Amsterdam via CPH

We were upgraded on the ORD-CPH leg. The lounge at ORD was comfortable, provided a small area for smokers, and was well-stocked with drinks and snacks.

The business cabin was on par with most airlines flying the North Atlantic. We found the food rather disappointing. The lavatory, however, was the best we have seen. Very spacious with room to spare and even windows.

Service was smart and professional. Would suggest that they get rid of the all plastic cutlery and opt for only the plastic knife that is required for our safety.

Connections at Kastrup Airport are quick and very effecient. Beats LHR and CDG by a long shot.

The other flights were in the economy cabin. Service was again professional. It is nice that they still provide a meal for the one hour flight from CPH to AMS.

The CPH-ORD leg was in economy. If you want any comfort at all, beg for row 31 seats A,B,G, or H, otherwise it is a tight fit.

What more could you ask for? On-time, professional service, and onward connections were a breeze. I would highly recommend SAS.
