Taken February 2003 from Cardiff to Faro

The Cardiff-Faro service has only recently been intoduced, but I cannot speak too highly of it and bmibaby. Both airports are very pleasant and check in was extremely efficient and done with minimum fuss by very pleasant and helpful staff. We were able to have the seats we requested.

The flights in both directions took off a quarter of an hour early. Policy seems to be that as soon as all the booked passengers have boarded, the plane will leave. Both flights were comfortable and pleasant and the staff at all stages were excellent.

Bmibaby, on this evidence, is at least as good as scheduled airlines which charge almost twice as much. On-board food and drinks were not extortionately priced: eg £1.50 for a cup of tea.
