With this kind of small aircraft, Swiss should pay more attention to the number and size of hand luggage. Food consisted of 4 slices of cold meat, a lettuce leaf, small cheese blocks and dessert. During the flight more bread and cheese was offered. The selection of drinks was very good and offered several times on this 1:20 hr. flight. Funny detail, both the captain and f/o were Dutch. The Business Class f/a (there were only 7 b/c passengers) showed a true and dedicated way of serving and handling the passengers. One man knocked off his glass of water resulting in a wet floor and about 20 pieces of broken glass; he looked at it for 0.5 seconds and went on reading his newspaper. The f/a cleaned the floor still with a nice smile while the passenger didn't even look or apologize. Well done! Value for money? If you pay for a Business Class ticket I would say no, because the seats are crampy and do not differ from those in Economy. As my ticket was paid with my former Swiss Qualiflyer miles I would say value for money yes :-) Fly again? Yes as I still have more miles to be spend, but I don't like at all this type of aircraft that they call 'Jumbolino'. | ||
