Home > Aer Lingus > 2003 > ReviewTaken February 2003 from London Heathrow to Dublin DUBI know Aer Lingus are cutting back on in-flight service, but I thought at least alcoholic drinks would be available for purchase! Even EasyJet offer passengers the option of purchasing drinks on-board. Tea/coffee and a biscuit on a 7.30pm is a WASTE, might as well suspend cabin service altogether. Not sure about the "warm Irish welcome" Aer Lingus prides itself on either. Crews are very young and not interested in "customer service". Uniforms are scruffy, some hostess` with scarves, some without, all with different shoes, uniform combos, and in some cases just plane dirty, not the image Aer Lingus want to portray I`m sure. On this flight there were off duty crew on board, who "socialised" with the ON-DUTY crew in the aft galley for most of the flight! Not all that good I`m afraid! | ||
