Taken July 2000 from Geneva to London Luton

Flight was over 2 hours late, and the handling agents at Geneva (Jet Aviation) were not very helpful as their command of English was poor and as they were unable to tell us why the plane was late, and if it was ever going to fly to Luton today.

Free seating, which means the first checked-in get priority boarding. Problem : boarding is by bus, and therefore everybody ran to the aircraft's doors and some were even fighting to get the best seats!!!

With so much delay, I had expect at least free soft drinks onboard... well no, it's only from a 3 hour delay (ours was "only 2h45), and the purser said he did not have the authorization from his operations department to give away free drinks.

As we arrived in Luton, we were told that we could not disembark for the next 10 minutes, as there was another flight being boarded next to ours, and therefore the path to the terminal building was blocked.... finally the wait extended to 25 minutes. No wonder they can't catch up when they're late.

And the flight wasn't even cheap. I paid equv. usd 200, just as I would have with Swissair or BA. Next time, I'll think twice before booking easyJet.
