Taken March 2003 from Johannesburg to Libreville

It was my first time flying business class and I was really impressed. Although the flight left 4 hours late, the friendliness and service of the crew more than made up for it.

We were flying in a 737-300 aircraft, the seats were comfortable, the breakfast was very good. It was great being served by the Gabonese people, they really smile alot and when they communicate with you, they also do it with facial expression, which I really feel gives a personnal touch.

We were fully informed during the flight for the delay that occured.

Although I arrived late at my destination, I was really happy with the service I got.
