Home > Air Gabon > ReviewTaken January 2003 from Libreville to London GatwickIt seemed that this airline had a lot of problems on the day, firstly the plane was delayed by 6 hours due to a late running from another destination. Also Libreville airport was running low on fuel supplies, so we had to refuel in Cameroon on the way to London. But given this, I really felt the airlines customer service and crew really made up for this, as we were fully informed what was happening all along the way. We were told exactly why the plane was delayed and why we were stopping in Cameroon to refuel. I felt that the crew were very friendly and could not do enough for the passengers. The food was excellent, very nicely presented. The crew kept the cabin spotless throughout the flight, service was always with a smile and we were given very nice overnight kit. The seats were very comfortable and could extend far back enough to get a good nights sleep. The fare was good value for money. The plane that was used was a Boeing 767. Despite me arriving in London at 2am, which I was not happy about, I really felt that airline crew and customer service team did everything they possibly could given all the problems. This really impressed me and I definitely would be willing to fly Air Gabon again. The hospitality of the Gabonese people was really great. | ||
