Taken January 2003 from Gatwick to Malta
GB Airways staff are the most arrogant & rude cabin crew I have come across as a BA Gold card holder, & they do not deserve to wear the BA uniform... stick to flights out of Gatwick actually operated by BA. These people are totally disinterested in customers... next time I'll forego my BA Miles & fly Air Malta. |
