I was greeted by a courteous hostess on entering the aircraft who looked at my ticket and instructed me to my seat. The airline has great customer service.

The food was not too bad, although it could have been a bit more. The champagne added a touch of class I might add.

We made a stop in Montego Bay to make a connecting flight to Newark. We were given blankets and pillows on the 3 and a half hour flight. All in all it was an enjoyable experience with monitors that accurately displayed our current location and wind speed/temperature outside the aircraft.

Inflight shopping/entertainment package is something I hadn't experienced on many airlines. This definitely was a plus.
