Home > Air Canada Tango > ReviewTaken February 2003 from Toronto to MontrealFlight AC6003 Feb 16 Airbus A320 C-FMEQ After we collected our bags from our BA flight from LHR, we made our way through the melee to the Tango check in area. No queue... nice. We were warmly greeted by the check in lady and she processed our check in very smoothly. Even getting out of her seat to put the tag on baby's push chair. After a short wait at the gate, we were pre-boarded and we entered the A320. I could not believe what I saw. The seats were very large and comfortable, and the seat pitch was an amazing 32". The legroom was astounding. Was I really on a low cost airline??? The cabin crew were very friendly and the inflight service was amazing. I could not believe how cheap things were. We ordered two cans of coke (normal size, not the small ones) and two half tubs of pringles. It came to CDN$4, which equated to about £1.60. Unbelievable!! UK low cost airlines take note... You do not have to rip off your customers on in flight service. We departed on time, landed on time. A very comfortable and enjoyable flight, the first time I could honestly say it was a pleasure to fly on a low cost airline. I only wish the UK low costs would learn a few lessons from Tango, because the difference between them is as stark as night and day. Fantastic airline Tango, I would advise anyone to fly with them. | ||
