I am so upset that they decided not only to take over Go, but also to cancel it out. At least Go had a medium cost service, because seats were assigned to passengers and ground services were good, and they also had multilingual staff. On the way to Milano Linate there were no big problems, apart from a long queue at the check-in and the staff were not very helpful (they didn't say anything, not even hello!!!). The airplane left one hour late and in Linate luggage took a lot of time to arrive. I found out that since the time EasyJet took over Go, they changed the handling agent and use ATA Handling in Linate airport instead of the a lot more efficient SEA Handling. But on the way back there were huge problems. The ATA Handling staff at the check-in was OK. But as soon as I saw the way they boarded I remembered the nice days in which Go used SEA Handling and boarding was smooth. There was a huge queue and only two members of staff that had to check passports and boarding passes. When I finally got on the bus, it took a few minutes to leave. It finally left and we got on the plane. Outside it was EasyJet and the staff were half Go, half EasyJet. When boarding was finished we had the announcement that they could not close the door and so (I was sitting near the front and so could see everything) someone from ATA came in and started laughing with the Go/EasyJet staff. They tried to close the door but could not make it. The pilots came to help but nothing to do. I did not find this very funny because I was in a hurry. They closed the door after two hours. We finally left and when we got to Stansted, no fingers were available, so we had to take the bus. The trouble was that I missed the first bus and so I had to wait for the second that came after 40 minutes!!! The staff at Stansted were not helpful at all. My message is NEVER FLY EASYJET. It's better to pay more and avoid having those stupid problems that make you late. | ||
