Home > Aer Lingus > 2003 > ReviewTaken March 2003 from London Heathrow to ShannonI have flown with Aer Lingus many times on the Heathrow/Shannon route, often in their Premiere class. I was appalled to see the new catering that they have introduced. Deli bags for Business class that just has a sandwich, a bottle of water and a cake. Even the drinks that the cabin crew bring round were in plastic cups and paper cups for the tea and coffee. I heard that Economy passengers are no longer served alcohol. Just tea and coffee. The last 4 flights I have flown with Aer Lingus have been delayed by up to an hour and this seems to be popular in the Shannon route, particularly on later flights. Come on Aer Lingus, I know that times are tough, but the service you give in Business Class is standard in BA Economy. At least the crew were still friendly!! | ||
