Home > Aer Lingus > 2003 > ReviewTaken March 2003 from Dublin to London HeathrowAer Lingus, well what can I say? This airline is just getting worse and worse, as a frequent business traveller I have used Aer Lingus for many years now on flights to the UK, Europe and America but this flight that I was on (the ei192) has to be the poorest service that I have ever received. The crew were chewing gum, laughing whilst making the safety announcements and during take off one girl was even reading a copy of the OK magazine. The inflight service was also very bad, not that I expect much for a quick flight over to London, but a smile would be nice. Gone are the days when Aer Lingus provided a friendly service, and it is sad to say that the national airline is creating a very bad impression of Irish hospitality. In addition there were only two passengers in Premier, however the cabin crew decided to sit in the front row chatting, laughing and eating the deli bags that were left over. On disembarking the aircraft the crew were sending text messages instead of saying farewell, so all in all very bad and the senior cabin crew member was the most unprofessional of the lot! | ||
