I can only presume that this is so they can add extra seats in the cabin. Totally uncomfortable. I would say that about 70% of the personal tv screens were not working, and the remaining 30% (I had a screen that worked!) had a crackling sound, so the movie was completly inaudible. The crew were uninterested, but they couldn't do much at 35000ft anyway. I have vowed, never to fly them again. Service was bad. | ||
