Taken June 1997 from Kansas City to Las Vegas

Let me try to make this nightmare short.

First of all, when we entered the plane, you could see dents all over the exterior of the plane.

When we were boarding, another passenger complained his seat belt fell apart, he was holding it in his hands, they had him take another seat.

Ten minutes into the flight, steam started coming out of the ceiling panels towards the front of the plane.

The windows were so dirty you could not see out, that was because oil was shooting out of the left engine because the oil pump had broke.

The left engine shut down, and the pilot turned the plane around and we made an emergency landing in KC. We had to sit for 2 hours waiting on another plane. They would not let us leave the waiting area. I was a nervous wreak and needed a cigarette.

I will never fly this airline or recommend it to anyone. The flight coming home was just as bad. They had trouble getting the landing gear to come down, and all through the flight it sounded like bug zappers going off under the floor. What that was, I have no idea.
