Flight was cancelled due to fog and Servisair ground staff didn't even put any announcments out, even after the scheduled departure time had passed. Half an hour after departure it was announced that the flight was cancelled. Given the option to wait in Aberdeen for 10 hours on standby for the next flight which had very few free seats, or to be given a refund, I selected a refund.

Travelled with BA to Gatwick.

Refunded cash didn't appear in my bank account until 1 month later and after many calls to EasyJet.
