Taken September 2001 from Athens to Lesvos

Thought I'd fly business class as it was only �34 (approx �22 for economy).

Approached the plane, it was in darkness, the ageing 737-200 was like a step back in time. Along came the pilot and crew, popped in a key and everything lit up as we were climbing the stairs. Comfort was okay as I was the front row of the seating.

The flight was an eye opener, never before have I flown so low in a jet for the duration of the flight. Landing was a bit uneasy, approach was very scenic and the runway appeared to be a little short for my liking, as we seemed to use 98% of it :) However, for the fun and fear factor, �34 was worth it and I'd fly again.
