Taken March 2003 from Los Angeles LAX to Tokyo

They call you by your name and service is just great. My stomach started to hurt really badly on the way, but they really took good care of me.

Food and drinks are great - although I could not eat the second meal.

I think their flights will be even better when new sleeper seats are introduced in May - the current seats are OK considering how high the foot rest can be raised. Some airlines can have it just too low, which does not provide much confort.
