Taken March 2003 from Stockholm to Oslo

Holy cow! What has happened to this airline?!

On an overpriced business ticket I was assigned on an one-class (MUST be tourist class) flight. Passengers were given one chocolate muffin and a cup of tea! The most lousy service ever to be experienced and way beyond what I had expected of an airline like SAS.

SAS staff on ARN was VERY unfriendly and rude, I felt like a piece of dirt under their shoes.

I guess this is what one could expect on a monopoly route.

This is definitely not good enough, SAS!
