Very good flight, but let down by Air France handling at London.

Long delays at check in due to Air France staff seemingly not knowing what they were doing, and the fact they only opened 1 hour before their first flight left, leaving a scramble when they announced the flight was closing!

Left on the early moring flight and despite only being a 90 minute flight, received a hot breakfast (bacon, tomato and quiche). Were allocated exit row seats, and had a huge amount of legroom.

An excellent flight - will use them again.
