In Frankfurt we had to be bussed from our plane to Terminal A, the flight to Istambul left from terminal B... Frankfurt airport is a cross-puzzle for you to sort out. The return flight was even worse, the check-in system was down in Istanbul. We waited for 2 hours, finally Lufthansa agents decided to manually issue boarding passes, which weren't accepted by the Turkish emigration officers... we were turned back... we lost our connection to Lisbon. Again the crew on the return flight were unfriendly and rude... another A321!!! Please Lufthansa, change the seating configuration on the A321! | ||
