Being a no-frills carrier I expected the same standard of service than those of Ryanair & Easyjet in the UK. To my surprise I found that they were far better than the International Carriers. I escorted a group on this occassion and all my passengers commented on how brilliant the airline was. It's fantastic to see that some airlines concentrate on safety and service, and not just profit!! Thank You Jetblue!! | ||
