Big refuelling wait at St Johns in Newfoundland with little or no delay information provided. £2 charge for drinks (bad enough on an international flight, but had no english or canadian cash to pay for one! - "too bad" says the flight attendant! Our company spends over £100,000 a year on air travel to and from Canada. We will avoid using them at all costs in future. They do not seem to value customers at all. What a change - up until two years ago, they were the best - hands down ! | ||
