Home > EasyJet > 2003 > ReviewTaken April 2003 from East Midlands Airport to MalagaWhilst I am disappointed, as many of the cabin crew I spoke to on both flights were, that the Go brand has been banised to the airline graveyard, I was pleasantly surprised about the service I recieved at EasyJet. In the UK check-in was reasonably fast considering it was a full flight and there were only 2 check-in ladies. But, it was speedy, and my excess baggage problems were dealt with effectively and in a cheery manner by the ticket office girl from Servisair. I dislike the open seating, however the system works well in the UK, by boarding in groups of 30, so there wasn't the scrum. Cabin-crew were friendly and efficient. The lack of sandwiches and replacement with watery soup was a slight disappointment, and for the price of the cans of Pepsi, 60p for one of those airline cans. The seats are extremely uncomfortable for an evening flight with no legroom and limited recline also. On the return the EuroHandling people were very rude and unhelpful. I had badly injured my leg on holiday, however they did not help with my request for a pre-board and were quite rude as if I were faking to get on first. But onboard the crew were fabulous, the flight was cheap and at a reasonably reasonable hour. I'm sad Go has gone, but besides EuroHandling, kudos to EZY. | ||
