Home > Gulf Air > ReviewTaken February 2002 from Bahrain to London HeathrowGot a cheap ticket (Because BA had just restarted flights from Bahrain following 9/11). Not impressed though by the flight. Good points: Captain kept us informed. Nice quiet aircraft (a340). Bad Points: Seating.. Everyone sat where they wanted, took 3 attempts to get a stewardess to show some interest in getting it sorted. A 5 year old was sat by an emergency exit until I mentioned it. Seats had enough leg room, but were (my opinion) very uncomfortable. In-flight entertainment on an 8 hour 40 minute flight was provided, but the screens were very dark and difficult to operate as most of the touch sensors appeared to be broken. Food was in a word... diabolical. | ||
