Home > Aer Lingus > 2003 > ReviewTaken April 2003 from Glasgow to DublinSHAME ON YOU, AER LINGUS. Everytime I have flown with you, your service has been excellent, both at check in and on board. Usually, you depart and arrive on time, too. Now, a change of policy means an additional fee of £12 (and €20 from Ireland) is to be paid for carrying golf clubs. You're not that tight, surely? What made it worse, I had no check in luggage and my Golf Clubs were not considered to fall within the 20kg allowance. I know your industry is struggling at the moment, but this is ridiculous. Lift your game. | ||
