Taken April 2003 from Oakland to New York JFK

This was my first flight since 1999 and it was the best ever. I am wondering how the company can manage to be so good.

Flying from Oakland to New York was very smooth and on time. Flying back from JFK, while on the ground, one passenger didn't show up, even though he checked in his baggage. In about 10 minutes JetBlue ground service searched for that baggage and took it out of the plane. People started thinking that this short delay will not make this flight on time. But the pilots managed to arrive at Oakland earlier by 10 minutes than was scheduled... Fantastic!!! This airline is an example for others! A+++
