Seat back entertainment systems and reading lights were not working in my seat on a 13 hour flight! Food was good, however no snacks served on this long flight. Very little water handed out by the cabin crew in-flight. Bar service very poor. The worst thing however was the very cramped seating. I am not very tall and found the flight very uncomfortable. I have enjoyed my long distance flights on Air New Zealand and Qantas more than Singapore Airlines. | ||
