Taken April 2003 from New York JFK to Casablanca CMN

I will fly with them only if I can be assured that their service is organized and we will see friendly faces.

We flew roundtrip JFK-CMN with 3 children. We planned and purchased tickets 3 months prior to travel. When we arrived at the counter, we did not have seats together as promised, no bassinette as promised, no baby food/ meals as promised! The flight attendants were very rude to anyone they had to deal with! We watched in astonishment as one attendant would roll her eyes when travellers asked her questions!

Just after the plane was taking off, we were yelled at to MOVE because there were only 2 oxygen masks in the row for kids!! (We did not know that and besides the point, they gave us these seats!!)... All of this was stressful on the first leg but we looked forward to the return flight with optimism only to realize it would all happen again!!!

We have made 3 formal complaints with no response... This airline may be fine for individual travellers but for us, we will make connection flights out of Europe on a different airline. Be careful with this airline!!
