Taken June 2000 from Madrid Barajas to New York JFK

Constants delays for everything from checkin to departure (and of course baggage delivery). Staff do not give explanations and do not know how to perform some of the tasks which slows everything else.

No room in the plane and no food choices. The installations in the JFK ("lent" by TWA) are poor, dirty, old and sad. My return flight had two bathrooms out of service. I have a concern for security in this company after whaat I saw in Barajas. When I contacted the management they declined all responsibility and ignored my comments on safety.
