Very different staff on both flights, outwards the staff were disinterested and arguing among themselves. On the return flight they were friendly and polite. Probably wouldn't fly with ASA again due to agents on return from Mombasa, everyone got charged excess baggage, even though they were OK in London and had not bought anything. Very dubious!! | ||
