Home > Airtours > 2001 > ReviewTaken July 2001 from Manchester to CubaCabin crew pander to the needs of premier gold passengers. Broken headphone socket not fixed for the return flight (you also pay for these on a 10 hour flight). Cabin staff can not deal with a complaint and try to walk away rather than deal with the problem. On the return journey duty free laws were flouted, selling as many cigs as they could to anyone resulting in no cigs by the third row in "economy". Cabin crew also enjoyed a crisp fight at the rear of plane. Complaint to H.O ignored with a letter of no apology. No wonder they're going under. | ||
