Home > EasyJet > 2003 > ReviewTaken March 2003 from Liverpool to Paris CDGI have flown with Easyjet now on 5 or 6 occasions - all return trips and all on time or within 15 minutes of quoted times, which I think is pretty good. Service was cheerful, and the cabin crew were courteous and displayed a good sense of humour. Two comments about the Paris route specifically however. First the aircraft usually ends up parked a good distance from the terminal building at Paris and the transfer is by coach. This secondly means that although young children were called to board first, that simply meant getting on the bus and the rest of the passengers then barged past and the chidren got no real priority. On this same issue of families with young chidren boarding first, there was a strong complaint made to the cabin crew by some parents on a recent flight to Belfast. They very vociferously maintained that such families had not been called first, but I can categorically say that they were and that they probably didn't hear, because the children in question were running wild round the departure lounge and both parents were at the bar. I only wish that I could persuade Easyjet to fly from Liverpool to some of the French destinations offered by Ryanair, and in particular Limoges. Better still if they could fly to Brive. There are hundreds of people in the north of England with holiday homes in that region and thousands who want to just go on holiday there! | ||
